Atlantic Labs AI LLC runs atlanticlabs.ai. I'm Adam Walker, and I run the company myself, so this page says plainly what happens to information that reaches me through the site.
Google Ads API tool
I use a small internal tool to plan and manage Google Ads accounts for my own businesses. Google's sign-in screen lists it as Atlantic Labs AI. I'm its only user. It isn't offered to anyone else, and it doesn't handle information about visitors to this site.
The tool signs in with Google and asks for one permission, the Google Ads API (https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords). It doesn't ask for Gmail, Drive, Calendar or any other Google data. With that permission, it reads account names and IDs, campaign and ad group settings, performance figures, search terms, and keyword planning data such as search volume and bid estimates. It also makes the changes I direct in those accounts, such as adding keywords, adding negative keywords and creating conversion actions.
I use this data only to run advertising for my own businesses. I don't sell it or give it to anyone else. I don't use it to build profiles of people, and I don't use it to train AI or machine learning models.
The tool's sign-in tokens stay on a computer I control, in a file only my user account can read. They aren't stored on this website, aren't kept in source code and aren't shared. The tool talks to Google over encrypted connections. Reports and keyword research it retrieves are saved to my own Dropbox account, which only I use, and kept only while they're useful for my advertising.
I can revoke the tool's access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and when I do, I delete the stored tokens. Questions about this tool or the data it keeps can go to adam@atlanticlabs.ai.
Atlantic Labs AI LLC's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
What the site collects
The site has no forms, accounts or sign-ups. You can reach me by email or phone.
- Email. When you email me, I receive your address and whatever you write. My email runs on Google Workspace. I use your message to reply and to work with you. I don't sell your address or your message, and I don't add you to a mailing list.
- Hosting. Cloudflare hosts the site. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical details such as your IP address and browser type. Cloudflare also hides my email address from spam bots with a small script that runs in your browser.
Ads and cookies
The site's pages don't load advertising or analytics tags and don't set cookies of their own. If Cloudflare runs a security check on a visit, it may set a short-lived security cookie. I run search ads that link here, and Google reports clicks on those ads to me from its own records, not from anything on this site.
Sharing and keeping information
I don't sell or rent personal information. Personal information goes only to the services named on this page, or to others where the law requires it. I keep email for as long as I need it to work with you and to keep ordinary business records.
To see or delete what I hold about you, email me and I'll take care of it.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
